Col. Zachary E. Maner is the outgoing commander of the 122nd Troop Command, Alabama Army National Guard. Col. Roger A. Presley is the incoming commander of that unit. Maner begins his next assignment as the Chief of Staff for the 135th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, Alabama Army National Guard.
