Nevada Guard Honors Crew

10 years ago a helicopter was shot down in southwestern Afghanistan. A memorial service was held on September 25, 2015 at the Army Aviation Support Facility in Stead for the 5 men that were killed in the crew of the Mustang 22 CH-47 Chinook helicopter. This photo is of Jayde Danae Murphy, 3, who is blowing a kiss to a memorial of her grandfather, Sgt. Patrick Stewart, who was killed in the attack.
