Change of Command

The South Carolina Army National Guard, 1-151st Attack Reconnaissance Battalion conducted a change of command ceremony at McEntire Joint National Guard Base in Eastover, South Carolina, April 1, 2017. The ceremony recognized outgoing commander, U.S. Army Lt. Col. John McElveen, and welcomed U.S. Army Lt. Col. Brian Pipkin, AAAA Jimmy Doolittle Chapter president, as the incoming commander.
