Check out this video of the activation of the 189th General Support Aviation Battalion (GSAB) for the Hawaii Army National Guard is the first Medevac unit for the state of Hawaii. The unit will be mobilized and deploy worldwide to perform Aeromedical Evacuation Operations and Flight Operations within an assigned area of responsibility. Stateside, the unit will support National Guard Domestic Operations throughout Hawaii when called upon.
