Andrew Fink, a healthcare specialist with the 409th Area Support Medical Company, 807th Medical Command (Deployment Support) was named the U.S. Army Noncommissioned Officer of the Year, on October 12, after competing in a weeklong Best Warrior competition held at Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia. This is the fourth time in nine years that a U.S. Army Reserve Soldier as been named the U.S. Army’s Best Warrior. Congrats to SSG Fink!
