Rapid City Soldiers Welcomed Home from Afghanistan

Members of the South Dakota Army National Guard’s Detachment 48, Operational Support Airlift Command, were welcomed home at a ceremony that took place in the Army Aviation Support Facility in Rapid City, South Dakota, on January 23, 2016. The aviation unit served eight months in Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel.
