National Guard Siblings Share Promotion Ceremony

The South Carolina National Guard recognized the promotion of Capt. Michelle Roberts to major and Chief Warrant Officer 3 Michael Roberts to chief warrant officer 4 during a promotion ceremony held at the Army Aviation Support Facility on McEntire Joint National Guard Base in Hopkins, South Carolina.
