The Narragansett Bay Chapter held an informal meeting to remember the events of 9/11. The meeting also consisted of President of the Chapter, LTC Andy Chevalier, doing a presentation during drill weekend, with all hands attending. At the end of the presentation, CW4 Mark De Souza, VP of Warrant Officer Affairs, queried the group to find the newest soldier in the group. Three unsure privates stood up and discussed their entry dates. The newest was found to be PVT Perez. Mr. De Souza then offered to sponsor him and provide him with a year membership to AAAA. The President also offered to sponsor one of the other soldiers, and PVT Navarro and LT Greenburg offered to sponsor the third, PVT Fakunle. Sounds like it was a great meeting!
