A new Falcon Soldier Centered Medical Home was opened on May 28, 2015, on Hunter Army Airfield. The clinic was named in honor of Chief Warrant Officer 5 Curtis Scott Reagan, who passed away from a heart attack on the 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade deployment to Afghanistan on March 29, 2013. Seen in the photo, from left, are Command Sgt. Maj. George M. Dove, Command Sgt. Maj. Jeffrey Bridges, Maj. Kurt Reyes, Col. John D. Kline and Col.
