LH Training for the 21st Century

Major Steven L. Ochsner writes… “As the Light Helicopter (LH) demonstration / validation phase continues, the Army draws nearer to the full scale development of the most technologically advanced weapons system it has ever procured.” Major Ochsner then states: “The LH will be a paperless weapons system utilizing lap top computer maintenance devices, and similarly, much of the training will be paperless and presented on interactive video devices.
