By Mark Albertson: I am sorry to report the death of BG Carl I. Hutton. Carl passed on June 15 following a prolonged illness. He was interred with military honors at Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno, California. BG Hutton will long be remembered as one who contributed new thoughts and ideas to improve the combat effectiveness of the Army.
