“Demon” Brigade Cases Colors Ahead of Afghanistan Deployment

Soldiers of the 1st CAB held a colors casing ceremony at Fort Riley’s historic Cavalry Parade Field on August 15, 2016. The “Demon” brigade is set to deploy to Afghanistan as part of a regular rotation of forces in support of Operation Resolute Support and Operation Freedom’s Sentinel, where they will conduct full-spectrum aviation operations promoting security and stability in the region.
