On December 14, 2015, Col. Andrew Doehring, Deputy Commanding Officer of the 11th Theater Aviation Command, presented the command team from 2-58 Airfield Operations Battalion (AOB), Lt. Col. Daniel McClintock and Command Sgt. Maj. Alan Mason, with the top reenlistment award. The top reenlistment award for the command is based on the total reenlistment percentage for the year. 2-58 AOB had the highest percentage for the entire year of 2015 by achieving 137% of their overall assigned reenlistment mission.
