103rd Troop Change of Command

Col. Roger Pukahi is the new commander of the 103rd Troop Command. He gave his remarks during the 103rd Troop Command change of command ceremony at the Hawaii Army National Guard Armory on October 3, 2015. Pukahi’s experience as a rotary-wing aviator will benefit him during his command of the 103rd Troop Command, which is largely made up of Soldiers from Company B, 777th Aviation Support Battalion.
